Refund policy
In the event that a product is found to be defective upon receipt, we undertake to replace it immediately without any additional financial burden on the customer, as soon as we are notified either by phone at +357 97765225 or by kitandkin@healthdot.com.cy
A product is considered defective if it has arrived damaged or if there is a significant discrepancy from the description provided.
In the case of a non-defective product, it can be returned provided that:
- The date of receipt of your order and the date of submission of the return request does not exceed 14 calendar days,
- The packaging has not been tampered with, and the product remains unopened and unused in its original condition (in this case, the customer is charged with the shipping costs.)
- Returns of non-defective items are not possible.
In each case for a return to be accepted, the product must be accompanied by the receipt of the order.
For orders that have been sent but not completed in delivery, a right to cancel the order is retained. Once the undelivered package is returned by the cooperating courier company, the value of the order will be credited to the customer's account within 3-7 working days, provided we have first collected the corresponding amount from the bank.
Kit & Kin is not responsible for delays in order execution (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to its fault or are due to force majeure.
