About Kit & Kin
Kit & Kin was created in 2017 by our co-founders Emma Bunton (Spice Girl, TV and radio presenter and UNICEF ambassador) and Christopher Money (Director of Product Development), who brings over 15 years’ experience working in the mother and baby industry for some of the world’s leading brands.
As parents themselves, Emma and Chris struggled to find products which didn’t irritate their children’s skin and were inspired to develop a natural, gentle and sustainable alternative for families - and from this Kit & Kin was born.
"We want to take away the stress and worry parents often experience when trying to choose the best products for their family. That’s why we’ve developed an amazing range you can trust to care and protect for your family as they grow."

Protecting your world, naturally
Better for baby
Find out moreWe understand that your number one priority is giving your little ones the best possible start in life and ensuring they are safe, healthy and happy. So when it comes to choosing everyday essentials which come into contact with your baby’s delicate skin, why should you have to compromise?
At Kit & Kin, we’ve developed a range of natural and effective products for families which you can trust. Containing only the gentlest ingredients and materials with no harsh chemicals, our nappies, wipes, skincare and organic cotton babywear are specially created to be kind to the most sensitive of skin.
All of our products are clinically tested to ensure they’re hypoallergenic and approved by dermatologists, while our skincare is also pH balanced and certified natural by the Soil Association.
Did you know that the skin is the body’s largest organ, and absorbs up to 60% of ingredients in the products we apply?
Better for our world
Find out moreWe care not only about your little world but our big world too. Now more than ever, it’s crucial to ensure we’re doing what we can to preserve the planet’s natural resources and reduce our environmental impact.
We use eco-friendly materials and ingredients throughout our product ranges: our nappies have been developed using chlorine-free fluff pulp harvested from sustainably managed forests and the front panels, tapes, anti-leak barriers and packaging are all made from an oxo-biodegradable material. Super soft and strong, our medical grade wipes are composed of a 100% biodegradable and sustainable plant-based material, along with our nappy sacks which use a sustainable GM-free corn-based film to completely break down.
Giving back
Find out moreAt Kit & Kin we are committed to protecting your little ones now and in the future. That’s why we’ve teamed up with World Land Trust (WLT) to raise awareness of rainforest conservation and to help save and protect threatened habitats across the world. Not only that, but we’re also helping to fund sustainable community development projects in Guatemala, empowering young women and children through education, healthcare and family planning. Thanks to your support, we can continue efforts to protect the planet for generations to come and make a real difference to lives around the world.
Buy an Acre programme
The importance of the rainforest cannot be underestimated, a vital eco system that provides clean air and life saving medicines:
- 25% of all medications used worldwide originated from the rainforest
- Only 1% of the rainforest has been analysed for its medicinal benefits
- At the current rate of deforestation the rainforest will have been destroyed in only 40 to 50 years
Our commitment to the earth: For every 10 customers that buy a Kit & Kin nappy subscription, we will fund the purchase and protection of one acre of tropical rainforest though WLT – and for every product purchased from our website or our retail partners, we’ll also make a donation to WLT.
WLT works to protect some of the world’s most biodiverse and threatened habitats, acre by acre. To do this, WLT empowers local NGOs by providing finance and technical support to create and expand nature reserves, restore degraded habitats and ensure they are permanently protected. An essential part of WLT’s philosophy is always to work through local partners and acknowledge local expertise.
Donations to the Buy An Acre programme allow WLT’s local partners to purchase and secure critically threatened forest habitats in Argentina, Ecuador and Mexico, helping to create permanently protected nature reserves.
Empowering women and children in Guatemala
Not only do we believe in protecting our natural world, but we’re also passionate about improving the lives of people living in the rainforest and in threatened areas across the globe. In Guatemala, Kit & Kin and WLT are working alongside local partner FUNDAECO to support sustainable community development projects in Sierra Santa Cruz, a mountain range in the north-east of the country. Although this region may be rich in biodiversity and natural resources, it is inhabited by some of the poorest indigenous communities in the Americas with very low standards of education and health, particularly among mothers and children.
This is why, with the launch of our new 100% organic cotton babywear range, we’re funding healthcare and family planning clinics for the women of Sierra Santa Cruz. We’re also helping to empower and educate local children by providing scholarships that donate uniforms, materials, food and transport, giving them access to better life opportunities. For every item in our range bought by you, together we are helping to make a real difference.
